Refund policy

Returns
We understand that when buying from an online store it is not always possible to tell if you are selecting the right item just from a picture and description or tried it on your pet!   We are happy to provide a refund for any unused products that are returned to us in good condition if you contact us within 15 days of purchase.

Exchanges  
If you ordered the wrong size/colour, we will gladly exchange this for you. Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable.

If the goods you receive are faulty or were sent in error, we will replace those goods if they are returned to our warehouse within 20 days of purchase in original condition.

You can choose to either exchange the product or get 100% of your money refunded.   Once we receive the parcel within 20 days of purchase in the original condition. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
